First off, we are completely satisfied with the outcome of this project. Our windows look amazing and definitely appear high end. With that said, it is a notable difference in pricing between Pella and other companies we have quoted but so is the difference in quality. We were also very happy with the customer service from our consultant, Taran. It wasn’t just about a sale, it was about matching us with the right product for us and it was followed by a great installation by Ravi and crew. Smooth process, I wouldn’t hesitate to do another project with Taran and the team at Pella?
Amazing experience from start to finish. Mike from Pella always made himself available to us and answered all questions. He painted a great picture of how everything would come out and he did not disappoint! Alfredo, Edwin, and co did an amazing job, super polite and super clean. We recently bought our first home and needed to gut renovate before moving in. We priced out a number of replacement window companies and on a whim decided to drive to this Pella location. We thought there’s no way we could afford Pella, But luckily we met Stephen. He was so kind and patient. He told us all of our options and didn’t try to sell us anything, he just explained what they had and what our options were. We left feeling so much lighter than we entered.
