I had been seeing a PT and chiropractor before Kelly, but with those previous treatments I had been getting worse an worse as my pregnancy progressed. “I was having lower back pain and Lespaul helped me by giving me a massage that relived me from built up inflammation. He also gave me helpful tips on how to treat my back pain.“

“I started using this place because of knee pain. My fifth visit will be today at the Baybridge location. This is on the second floor of a small shopping center, but there is an elevator to reach it. The space is clean and well-lit with large windows with a view of the water and Throgs Neck Bridge. This allows some diversion while using the machines. Patients do not have a dedicated staff member and one might encounter different people at visits. One staff member seems devoted to going around and cleaning the bed/tables and machines after use. The therapists are knowledgeable and explain things well. I have noticed improvement with the elimination of pain, but I have a ways to go with climbing steps. My sessions are one hour.“

“I had surgery on my ACL and meniscus in mid March on a Friday and started therapy the following Monday. I thought it would be too soon and that my recovery would take a long time. With the help of TSPT, I was able to get rid of my crutches in a week, stop using the leg brace in 3 weeks and my legs have never felt stronger. The staff there is very friendly. Jamie is amazing, Clo and Carrie have helped me to regain full mobility and Sam has been so awesome at helping me regain my strength.
