Making an appointment is super easy - the women that work in the office are super responsive and helpful! I never wait for a response from the office. Dr. Brattner is kind and gentle. He has a very frenetic energy about him though, he's always popping in and out of his office and treatment room like he's in a constant rush to do something. I had 5 visits with him and we had made a follow up appointment but I never received the confirmation text and I never followed up afterwards. Odd experience but he helped my sciatica!
My experiences with Jason Brattner has been nothing short of spectacular. I have visited him under a few different occasions and reasons, and each issue was fixed with the highest level of professionalism, sincerity and kindness. He is also detail oriented, gets right to it and is extremely honest with how much more treatment you need, if not any.His follow up is a greatly appreciated characteristic of his practice.I highly recommend utilizing this practice, and feeling better after you leave!
Dr. Brattner's office beside his home is very cozy and it adds to the personal touch to his service. I have been visiting him for my neck and shoulder pain and it went went great! Communicates very well with patients and caters to what you truly need. I would recommend him to anyone.
