“My husband and I hired Ambassador to install all new replacement windows a few years back and a new Bay Window from a double hung. Gary and his crew were professional from beginning to end and what impressed me was that they paid attention to important details in the workmanship; was neat and finished beautifully. We recently had a leak in the Bay Window and we called Gary and even though it’s been a few years he sent his crew to come back and assess and fix a minor issue but was big in that would resolve future water problems seeping in. To me this is super professional and he did it without charging us although we took care of his guys. This professionalism is hard to come by these days and I can’t say enough great things of the integrity and character of Gary and how he runs his business. “My family was moving into an apartment in estate condition that needed a lot of work which had to happen quickly, as in 6 weeks from closing to moving in. Kenny worked with us to get work started immediately after we closed. His initial bid beat other contractors and as the job continued, he kept beating everyone else's bids as he took on more and more work. Kenny stayed on budget and was not only able to get the original work done on time, but even got the additional work completed too. Our scope of work started with refinishing the floors, removing popcorn ceilings, putting a new skim coat, and painting the whole apartment, in the kitchen, replacing flooring, cabinets, and lighting fixtures, and at the last minute we added work on the bathroom replacing the floors, replacing tiles on the walls, a new inset medicine cabinet mirror, toilet, vanity, and shower door.
