They did a thourough job cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. Xavier was extremely communicative and helpful. They even put a temporary fix on a hole they found in my duct (that I didn’t know about) until I can get it fixed. Great job!
I have had horrific problem with dust in my home since Oct 2022 since a fire across the street from our home. Last yr another company charged $600 to clean and microbial spray. The problem got worse, everyday I was cleaning layers of dust in my home. Finally IAC was recommended and resolved the problem. They found a vent full of debris as well as two veins with mildew spots. So much for microbial spray. The air in my home is improved in one night so far. Thank you to Rob and Angel for listening and helping do the best job.
I called the company because we had an odor coming from our AC vents. They explain to me what they do and told me the process and the cost of their services. They showed up the next day and they were courteous and neat, taking to cover the floors before they started their work.
When they finished and we turned our AC back on again, there was a clean air cinch coming from our vans. Thank you for your work. I would definitely refer you.
