Owning a food business cleanliness is a priority. Had some issues with a sediment coming through vents. I found IAC on the internet First they responded to my phone call as soon as they got my message. Within 24 hours Kyle came to my store to see what my situation was. He took his time looking at everything that needed to be done and told me someone from the office would get back to me shortly which they did. When they came to do the job I was amazed how organized, neat, professional, took pride in what they were doing, communicated to me in length what they were doing, and even went above and beyond what they originally said they were going to do and did more at no additional charge. They took a very large burden off my shoulders and did not rush to get the job done. They didn’t seem to care how much later they had to stay to finish the job, they were concerned to make sure that it was done 100% to my satisfaction as well as theirs. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. I will be using them for my home and I will recommend Them to anyone that needs to have air ducts and vent and HVAC cleaning done whether it be in their business or in their residential homes.
