Classes are always helpful providing advice and/or directions for hard to handle patients and/or difficult situations. By sharing her personal experiences, the moderator specifically helps the class by breaking down these circumstances step by step. the aide is more likely to feel aware and at least somewhat “prepared” and in control.

The aide that I received from Addus for my grandmother was nothing short of amazing! They were beyond helpful and took the best care of her. Their customer service is unmatched. I could not recommend this company more. We are so grateful, thank you!!
