They have a lot of the older pipe fittings I needed they were very helpful and even ordered a part for me..I never went to them before I would always run to Lowe's..and was sick of my products breaking...so I was told to go to Utica plumbing and they will be my new go too

I needed a water heater and parts on a weekend, Sam at the Rome branch went above and beyond to make sure I could take care of my clients when they needed me the most. Just wanted to thank Sam and the rest of the Rome store for always taking care of my business no matter the time or day. Highly recommended!

Went in not knowing what I needed, left with exactly the parts for the job. The guy that helped me found the stuff quickly for me, I didn't have to do any work. Much easier than at Lowe's.
