Been with medical provider for at least 5 years. Transitioning from one mental health provider to another and refusing to fill mental health prescriptions in the meantime. Poor judgement on their part. Already obtained another medical provider.

They say accepting new patients.They will close down in Utica as did in Rome.Maybe patients are better off.I'm trying to get where appointment is now 10am,and Dr comes in 2 minutes after 11 30.Getting refills is joke like most know!

They did it again! I went in twice with an ongoing asthma attack and they were very attentive and made sure I was okay before leaving the office. They even helped me figure out my meds and if they thought I was being a pest it didn't show. The nurses listened patiently and answered my questions and the doctor also listened to my concerns and made reasonable suggestions that might help.
