Dave and Shaun came over to our house right away when we called about our air conditioning unit making a loud squealing sound. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it while they were here! Their customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this family run company. They are honest and knowledgeable! We are lucky to have Patrick Heating in our community!

Today I had a new central air installation by Patrick Heating. My old system finally let go. I called and they sent a technician immediately to analyze the issue. After troubleshooting it for 30 minutes, Tech stated what I already knew. Time for a new unit. After a few hours Dave personally came over and showed me exactly what was needed for the job and stated how long it would take. Dave’s support staff called me two days prior and gave me a time and day they would arrive. Sean “Dave’s son” showed up with techs and completed the task very quickly. I have used Patrick's Heating on several occasions and have found them to be on time, professional and knowledgeable. They have always been polite. The office staff, Audrey, has been very polite and eager to find answers to any questions I have. I would strongly recommend Patrick's Heating and AC. Very rare to find a company that exhibits strong work ethics, this company has it all.
