The teachers are so welcoming. They seamlessly adapt the class for the most advanced and the newest students. Everyone gets a great workout in a studio, clean and brand-new looking studio. The "JBYS" yoga is perfect! The temperature is just right where you get a great workout but don't feel suffocated by the heat. I'm so glad to have found this studio!

My best days of the week are those I begin with yoga at JBYS. The positive energy is felt the minute you walk in the door. Nicole greets everyone of us before we have had time to take off our shoes, and it is a genuine hello, no phony Hi, how are you. And with each response she gets, Nicole is reading our bodies to find out how we are feeling.
