While the staff isn't real friendly, they still have provided me with good haircuts at reasonable prices! If I'm not happy with the cut, they are quick to fix it. I like getting the job done without someone talking my ears off. Big bonus now is seeing how the grandchildren are growing up. It's nice to be at a family oriented establishment.

I'm very happy with the service they provide. They make an ugly man like me look good. I live in Rome but work in Syracuse so they always seem to be able to sneak me into the schedule when I call. They never say no!
