Practically every employee we’ve come in contact with (& there have been Many!) has gone above & beyond in assuring us that they Care.After many multiple adjustments to my husband’s glasses (his fault, not theirs), we’ve started to feel guilty about constantly “bugging them”… Kayla & Larry are always So kind & genuine, willing to take whatever time is needed to be certain that the fit is just right.Vision is such a vital component to life & we thoroughly appreciate Dr Vinci’s associates’ excellent attention to every detail!!

I had my toddler with me and the staff was beyond polite caring and courteous. All staff was patient and understanding and worked with me and my daughter. I would recommend the eye care center of Rome to everyone. Thank you to the entire staff.

The best experience I've ever had at an eye care provider in my entire adult life. The entire staff was polite, efficient, valued my time, explained everything including all my options, didn't push add ons, etc. Would highly recommend.
