I called in a minor panic after my 16 year old son's cut went wrong at the barbers, and Jessica I believe, managed to squeeze us in between a client's coloring 45 minutes after I called. She not only salvaged his hair, but absolutely crushed it. He was pretty devastated after the first cut, and nervous to try again, but she explained what she was doing during each step, and verified with him throughout the process. Having never had professionally treated hair before… Not only am I astounded that my fine-thin-frizzy-weird hair could look so healthy and amazing, I also had a great time despite my quiet, awkward self! Jessica truly worked magic on my mane and put me at ease throughout the process. She made sure we were on the same page before starting, gave me suggestions, and talked me through every step. She and her fellow stylists were very professional and fun, seeming to really enjoy their craft. I have always had shoulder-length hair and wanted something a little different and could not be happier with the results of my new cut. Over the past two years I have had 3 Brazilian Blowouts done here, each with a different stylist. Every experience has been wonderful. I don't feel comfortable in the solon environment in general, but they all made me feel very comfortable. Most importantly, my hair is incredible! I naturally have curly, frizzy, and crazy hair. After my treatment it is smooth, straight and silky for almost 7 months. I am beyond satisfied and highly recommend any one on their team!
