My wobbly cat Saki needed her teeth removed, and I was really nervous since she is a runt as well (tiny and weak). Before the surgery they came out and explained the whole process and even showed me the paperwork detailing the pricing. The surgery went smoothly and she is doing well. Not only that, my other cat needed his teeth removed about 2 years ago and they completed that as well, he is doing great.“

“We have been using Gibbons for our animals since we had them. The office decor is inviting and friendly and the staff is kind and helpful. Dr Gibbons is a man of his word and treats every pet like his own. We had a cat that the was found to be diabetic, so the doc treated him and monitored him over the years. If it wasn’t for Dr Gibbons we would have never had a chance to enjoy 14yrs of love and affection from our fur baby. When it came time to say goodbye, Gibbons and his staff were so amazing and empathetic to the situation. They loved our cat just as much as we did and even requested that they have him part of their memorial wall ?. We are truly greatful to have such an amazing veterinarian in our area.“

“Love Dr. G!!! He's the absolute best!!!! My now 16 and 1/2 Pomeranian have been with him for years now! Whether it's been a scheduled, check up, appointment that was made or an emergency appointment (where you are told there will be a wait) they always accommodate She loves dr g and is always been given the most attentive beautiful care. I've called up morning of and they've gotten me in for emergency immediately her being a she being a senior now needs a lot more of those types of visits. Thanks to Dr. G and his amazing staff. (Sam who always gets her appointments and calmed my crazy) My nerves are always at ease knowing I have this vet practice too count on for my little fur baby!!!!!! “Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable. I treat my cat like a baby and I absolutely trust them with him, they saved his life and continue to take excellent care when we go.
After 6 years it's time for an update, I love Dr. Balbour, she is amazing, but the office leaves a little to be desired. They still make you wait outside like it's 2020 and don't examine the animal in front of you. You get to the office on time but they make you wait outside for 26 minutes (literally) only to come inside and wait for twenty minutes more, only for them to come and take your pet away from you. I dunno, I'm quickly becoming not a fan. I swear I've seen people arrive after me and go inside before me. Maybe I'm expecting too much, or maybe I should just arrive 20 minutes later in the future“

“Dr. Dave is incredible. The receptionists here are compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. They act fast when there is a situation that needs immediate attention and resolve. I trust Dr. Dave, he genuinely cares, takes his role seriously and knows what he's doing. He's performed four surgeries for four different pets in my family, treated various infections and illness in our pets and provides services when emergencies arise, even when he's on vacation across the country. Most people just disconnect to relax but he's genuinely there for his patients. He's reliable and I can't say enough, he saved my dogs life.“

“I really cannot say enough good things about this place. A different vet right across the highway was extremely rude and judgmental about my poorly bred rescue dogs anxiety, that I’m working very hard on with a professional trainer and daily medication. That place wouldn’t evaluate him with out a heavy sedative (which I did let them do because I figured they knew what’s best). But since finding this vet from our trainer a few months ago, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They are amazing with my 8 month old boy and the doctor said my dogs fine and there is no need to sedate him. very honest people who really care about animals.
