I highly recommend using Mike as an home inspector. I was referred to him from a friend and could not be happier with the choice I made. I called Mike late in the evening desperate to see his availability for the next morning and he answered my phone call immediately. With the prompt response and coordination Mike made himself available at 0930am the next morning for me. He spent approximately 3 hours going through every inch of the house inside and out paying close attention to detail. You would think Mike was buying the house for himself. Ive heard so many horror stories about peoples experiences with home inspectors. But I must tell you, this company was quite the opposite. Michael was excellent! He took his time, went over damn near every detail of the house, his report was well written, organized and even gave me many personal recommendations on how to fix certain issues he came across.You can tell that Mike has a passion for his job and it shows. I can’t recommend Mike and his company enough! Thank you.

Michael at Rockhall inspections was amazing! During our home searching we had him do two inspections on two different houses and he found every and any issue that occurred. Finding roof leaks and even talked to the seller for us and the seller came to an agreement to replace the roof. The inspections are quick and thorough. I will continue to go to Michael and recommend him to anyone friends and family. 5/5 stars! Thank you Micheal
