Have used Bruno mechanical in the past. Absolutely great no issues. This past time I called and was told someone would come noon the following day to repair a leak. 430, still no one. Called Bruno and the response was "sorry forgot about you today. You were in my notebook and I left it at home today. Will someone be home tomorrow am?" Seriously tomorrow morning. It's 430, get back in your truck and do the job. Does anyone not care about customer satisfaction these days.
