I was extremely pleased with the care at HearingLife in Rockville Centre NY. From ASHANTE who greeted me and registered me, to Sonny who made sure I had all necessary paperwork, all were friendly, warm and pleasant. Dr. Judy Pierce, the AUDIOLOGIST was fantastic! She explained the nature of my hearing impairment, and tested my auditory abilities to understand certain speech sounds when mixed with background noise. She confirmed my diagnosis in her private office and spent considerable time with me explaining how to use the new hearing aids. I had a very good experience at my appointment at Hearing Life in Rockville Centre, NY. Staff are always knowledgeable and professional!! Will be continuing my relationship with this vender of hearing equipment!!

The audiologist was excellent. She listened carefully to what had brought me in and explained how the evaluation would be conducted. When the evaluation was completed, she explained the results and answered my questions. I don't need any treatment at this time but I would definitely go back in a year as recommended. I highly recommend Hearing Life of RVC.
