My old fuel oil company informed they were losing down at the end of November. I did some research and read that some of the big name suppliers had some negative reviews. I then came across Family Fuel and Heating i called and scheduled an appointment for them to come and inspect my system. I remembered i had an issue with one of the rooms not getting heat last winter. Rob the owner came over to do the inspection, I told him about the problem. He quickly diagnosed it, went to his service truck and replaced the needed parts and the problem was solved. He charged me what I feel was a fair price. Im glad I chose them as my heating supply company

I contacted Family Heating and Fuel this morning as my heat was not working last night. They answered my call right away and fit me into their schedule today to come by and check up on my system. We had a sensor that wasn’t working and it was fixed quickly and the heat turned on. Thank you for your professionalism and quick work! I highly recommend using them for all heating and fuel needs.

Just recently purchased my first home and had little to no knowledge on the boiler system. Robert took him his time to not only help me through my situation but taught me a couple things of what boiler system I have in my house. Will be calling them for whatever boiler needs I have in the future!
