My son had his first hair cut my Carolyn and I can’t say enough good things! Not only was it a great haircut but it was painless! She made him so comfortable and the girl at the desk kept him entertained.
Was extremely pleased at the ease of booking an appointment where I didn’t have to wait forever to get. Loved the weekend options, and I was so happy with how they handled my daughter’s hair and gave it some shape and life! They have various package options and I appreciated that since my daughter has very thin hair.
We were seen at appointment time so no waiting, the salon is very cheerful, equipped with a drawing/reading/puzzle area. They have monitors set up at each booth where kids watch their favourite shows while getting their hair cut (every booth has a themed car chair with seatbelts). I took both children (4 and 6) who are autistic and had never set foot in a barbershop, this didn’t faze the staff who were prepared for the challenge.
