I’ve never had this type of massage treatment before and it’s definitely something I will be including in my health and wellness routine! I highly recommend! There was just so much depth to the services Nathalie provided during my visit - she put her all into this experience, truly caring about my body’s specific needs. Afterwards, my body felt great! When I sat at my desk later that evening, my shoulder tension was gone. Nathalie even encouraged me to get back into Pilates to continue strengthening my core. Having both my boys in this martial arts program was the best choice. It is family friendly, the Masters and Instructors really care about the students. They encourage them to excel in all the events they make available to the students. Everyone are always friendly and always have a smile on their face when the students walk in. I most definitely recommend High Performance Martial arts.
Excellent facility. It's not just punching and kicking. You are learning proper technique so you can maximize speed and power. The pace is phenomenal, gets the heart rate up and you will definitely sweat if you put in the work. I also like that they do strength training and focus on stretching during the cool down. Great program.Update: Still attending classes regularly, and I am not in the intermediate classes. Focus is on mitt work, Thai pads, and heavy bag. Learning slipping, bobbing, footwork and of course good technique. I had a chance to attend the challenge of champions in December and won 1st place in kickboxing. The sparring sessions before the tournament were invaluable. Great staff, great workout, and yes you are really learning to fight (if that's what you want).

Dr. Stroh is one of those rare breeds of doctors who is deeply concerned about his patients and their wellbeing. He leaves nothing to chance. He thoroughly explains his diagnoses, the course of treatment necessary and answers all questions in terms the layperson can understand. He is a very caring doctor. If it was possible to rate higher than 5 stars, I would.

I tried this place on a whim about 5 years ago. I happened to be in the area with some time to kill and hair that needed cutting. It instantly became my regular barber. I travel from suffolk to get my hair cut here. The barbers are friendly, the place is clean, and they take their time on your haircut.
I had a bad experience with my former barbershop. They would rush through to get to the next customer. Their whole gimmick was no waiting. Well my beard paid the price. Because of that, for years, i wouldn't let anyone trim my beard. After a year of coming to rockville barbers and Ronnie asking me to give him a chance, i finally gave in. I am so mad at myself for waiting that long. He gets the lines looking so good. I have actually been complimented by strangers on the shape of my facial hair. I love it, my girlfriend loves it. You can't go wrong.

I came here on December 23rd and Im so glad they took me because so many places didnt have appointments. They were able to fit me in at 12:30 pm and they treated me so well. Michelle did my powder dip manicure and she rocked my nails. She was so good at her job and friendly. Her massage was so good I was almost in a coma. Lol. Then she even hung up my coat and took all my stuff to my pedicure chair. Someone else did my pedicure and she did an awesome as well. She offered me a 10 minute foot massage for $12 and I was like yes because I really needed. Her foot massage was heavenly and I appreciated that she asked me if the color was ok because the color I picked out was so sheer. She happily changed it for another color and I was happy. They gave me a Christmas gift and everything. The only thing I didnt like is that I wish Michelle did my pedicure too so I didnt have to tip both girls. Michelle did the lady next to me pedicure instead of mine, i think it was because it was a gel pedicure. Other than that, I had a great experience. It was clean, affordable and friendly which is what I look for in a nail salon. Unfortunately, after covid so many nail salons got too expensive and the quality went down also. Not thjs place! This place is still amazing! Thank you for my day of pampering. Also parking is across the street!

The Rockville Centre Sugaring NyC location has been a game changer for me. From the moment I stepped in; the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the very friendly greeters set the tone. The 2 estheticians I have booked, Kim and Diana provide great service and I’m sure all the others follow suit. I love the concept the owners are trying to cultivate, hiring young professionals, of different ethnicities to achieve their goals. The sugaring process has helped me out a lot, I have course hair and the product they use has definitely made my hair grow less and no irritation. Also it’s super quick, I’m always on the go so that’s a plus. They also have alot of availability, booking is quick and easy they try their best to accommodate everyone.

Small and friendly salon with the very best hair dressers you can find. For the most part I use Sasha but I have used all the others on occasion and have never been disappointed. The hair color is especially mixed to your specifications and is very gentle , yet it lasts even longer than most commercial dyes. So glad I found them so many years ago.

After the previous plumber (not Pride Services) who provided and installed my kitchen faucet made multiple failed attempts to stop it from leaking into the cabinet below, I contacted Pride Services. Their technician, Ali, arrived promptly (preceded by a text that he was on the road) and, after I described the ongoing leak and he examined the existing faucet, Ali was able to show me that the interior faucet line had small holes in it. He patiently answered my questions as to what he would recommend and then ordered a replacement. The new faucet was available by mid-afternoon and Ali picked it up and came and installed it. It has been working perfectly and I am very pleased with the faucet and the customer care provided by Ali and Pride Services. It is such a relief to have had an accurate diagnosis and solution to what was an ongoing problem for months.

We hired Rick and Vincent to redo our kids bathroom. They showed up everyday at 8 am and made sure their guys knew what they were doing for the day. Their workers were very professional and kind. We have 2 dogs who were quite annoying with barking but the guys were extremely friendly in trying to win over the dogs. Needless to say the bathroom turned out beautifully. We were very pleased with their work. We would definitely hire them again. Highly recommend!

I played football through the collegiate level and suffered a multitude of injuries including general build up of wear and tear on the body. My aunt recommended I try Dr. J and her services for spinal adjustments/chiropractic work. Initially, I felt amazing as a result of leveraging Dr. J for years. I felt so good that I took time away from her services thinking I was now “perfect” or “cured”.
After about 6/7 months away from her program, I began to suffer from similar ailments that prompted me to start using her services. Naturally, I returned to Dr. J and resumed her chiropractic adjustment program. Within the first week back I felt absolutely amazing… I always say, I’m not quite sure how she does what she does, but, she does it well!
