I have to give a huge shout out to RBNY. I just finished up my therapy from a full knee replacement. I went to the Howard Beach location. The entire staff there from the front desk , the amazing assistants Christine,Gabby, and Janine to my actual therapist Nick are amazing. Everyone there is pleasant and helpful. Personally I have to give amazing props to Nick. I had some issues with my knee and had developed scar tissue. The original plan was doing 1 of 2 medical procedures to break up the scar tissue . Nick and I discussed a third option basically doing the medical procedure but not under anesthesia. I was told he would have to be extra aggressive and it was gonna be painful. Well it was but we got to the range of motion that was needed and I didn’t have to be put out again. I couldn’t be more grateful for his knowledge and ability to accomplish what we did together. I spent 3 months there got to know other patients and observe the other therapist do their thing . As far as I can tell everyone is very thorough and good at what they do . I didn’t see anyone unhappy around me. Bottom line for what my opinion is worth if you need any type of physical therapy this is the place to go .
I go to the Howard Beach location. Everyone there is so helpful and nice. I highly recommend it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The staff is friendly and so professional. I have accomplish alot there.
