I attended the Yoga for Your Best Sleep Ever Event On Wednesday, May 22nd 2024, at 6:30 pm the Instructor Narisara Is fantastic it was a full class the class was comfortable & relatable. I was able to pick up great techniques to help unwind after a busy day at work, so I will be able to achieve best sleep ever
Ocean Bliss is a hidden gem in rockaway with stunning views of the bay and skyline, teeming with lush plants that invite you to step away from everyday life and escape into a yoga oasis. Not only is the studio a warm and inviting space but the teachers all bring so much passion and love to the practice, each with different styles and wisdom to offer students of all levels. The community is mixed ages, genders & levels, but everyone who steps into the studio comes with open minds and open hearts to cultivate a sense of one community through yoga. Best place to practice yoga for Body, Mind and Soul. The studio offers a variety of classes and workshops with great teachers- love Sacred Geometry with Jen! A beautiful studio with views of the Jamaica bay… can’t ask for a better place to practice!
