They immediately welcomed me and treated me with nothing but professionalism and great care. Monika, the front desk manager and her assistants make sure that all works well between insurance and my lawyer, and keep me updated on everything! And always display great flexibility if needed. “If you are looking for a treat for your skin and soul, make an appointment at Carrie Lindsey Beauty. They have a Manhattan and a Brooklyn location, but even though I live in Manhattan I subwayed to the Ft. Greene location.

As soon as I stepped in I felt relaxed and welcomed, offered water and curled up in a comfy chair until it was "my turn", The front room is beautifully curated with jewelry and products.

I booked my appointment with Carrie herself, but have heard from others that all the staff are equally as excellent. The facial went way beyond the usual cleaning and "masks'. From extractions to massage to LED light and cold stone rub, my face went through it all. And if that wasn't heaven, Carrie massaged my neck and shoulders - which really needed it!

Carrie doesn't "push products" even when I asked what I should use. Instead she gave me a couple samples to try. She is lovely and she has developed a great team. Definitely will be back.“

“I found this gem of a place a year ago and since have purchased two series. I go for massages specifically by Ingrid who is probably the best medical massage professional in all of time! She is caring and knows what she is doing. I literally feel like I'm floating when she is done. The place is professional and very clean. I did have a facial there twice but they're really best at massages. The facial person didn't have enough experience and the products were not that great for the price. If you want a great massage though, this is the place!“
