Cool gym in Rockaway Beach. The machines crowd the floor a bit, but it is manageable and there is a separate room where one can do floor exercises. No screamers. Lockers and showers available, you bring your own lock and soap. And yes, you can safely drop the soap.
Fast & efficient and always fixes any issues I have with my laptop! He gives great computer advice if you're looking to shop for something new, helps with set up and recovery (photos, music.. etc) and overall makes any computer work better than new. I wouldn't call anyone else. Scott's computer repair has been number one in Rockaway for almost a decade!

My daughter and I went and had a gel manicure and pedicure. It was very relaxing. Very professional, friendly and clean atmosphere. Staff makes you feel comfortable and relax. Love how I feel when I leave. (That just my nail). When they did my hair it was ?.
Best mani pedi, it lasts a long time. very very clean, staff is wonderful. I travel a distance to come here.
I attended the Yoga for Your Best Sleep Ever Event On Wednesday, May 22nd 2024, at 6:30 pm the Instructor Narisara Is fantastic it was a full class the class was comfortable & relatable. I was able to pick up great techniques to help unwind after a busy day at work, so I will be able to achieve best sleep ever
I called this business with a ton of questions regarding my furnace’s current status, and to inquire about costs for replacement and repairs. Adam spoke to me for twenty minutes answering each question, and provided excellent advice. He was very professional and honest. I have called countless other businesses nearby, and none of them compare. I will definitely use Adam for my furnace repair/replacement.

I commend the entire staff of RBNY Physical Therapy for their compassion and caring. The staff possess superior skills and clinical knowledge. Scheduling was super efficient. A special thanks to Jenna who opened my eyes to the benefit of rehabilitation therapy. It was as though my lower extremities were encased in concrete for years and were now free. A little dramatic but that is exactly what I felt. A wonderful experience at an unnerving time. I highly recommend RBNY to anyone in need of expert post surgical or post trauma care. I have had several different people do my nails, always do a great job. Everyone is friendly, very reasonable prices, plus nice hand and neck and shoulder massages in addition to the massage chair. I'll be back!
