Greatful for the excellent care my pets have received.
We had quite the scare with our 3 month old kitten and had to rush her in. It was our first time here. The staff met us at the door, immediately gave reassurance, and made us feel like our baby was in great hands. While they were doing vitals, the front desk staff made sure we were ok and asked if we needed anything. They kept us updated every step of the way. Our tiny baby made it through the scare with the excellent help of this staff. Highly recommend!!
Seeing my small dog, Louie, having one of the worst days ever was horrifying. Thankfully Catskill Veterinary Services was there to help and provide the life saving treatments he needed. They were so kind and thorough. The also followed-up to ensure Louie continued to get the care he needed. Their office was immaculate and the staff were competent and caring.
