“Larry was absolutely amazing. His prices were very fair and reasonable! We were very late with responding to our quote due to some personal issues and even 6 months later the price didn't increase. He checked the material prices and said they didn't change and our quote was valid. Many people would have upcharged at that point and taken advantage! Then, once we told him we wanted to continue he was quick to respond and came out within a week. He was professional, fun to talk to and very good at his trade. “JT was fantastic and very patient with all of my questions prior to the installation and responds rather quickly which is rare these days. Our fence install took place this week. Tom sent two of his crew! Lucas and Jose' were the installers and they did a phenomenal job especially in extremely cold windy weather. They were friendly and professional when I would go outside to see the progress. After the fence was installed I made a spur of the moment change! I inquired on if they could put cedar planks on the inside of the fence so that it looks the same as the outside! JT gave me a new quote within minutes and I went outside to talk to Lucas and he said it would be no problem to do that! Within four days we now have a beautiful fence with two gates and both sides of the fence are what I consider "the pretty side" ? Highly recommend Regency Fence and their installers!“
