Nicole provides a welcoming, upbeat, positive, no pretense, inclusive class for all levels of practice! Great in person instruction as well as online real time classes. My first experience with yoga was not so great, Nicole completely turned that around for me with her positive attitude and attention to detail and always encouraging each student no matter what their level of practice may be!

Nicole is a excellent teacher. She provides thorough instruction that allows students at all levels to grow in their yoga practice. Her community of students appreciate her warmth and attention to their individual abilities. In this Covid time, her live video classes are a lifesaver. Can’t wait to be back in the studio with her too!
