I found myself in a stressful situation, the company that I worked at for 20+hrs abruptly closed. I decided to Open my own Business and needed Retail Space to rent. Julia Hickey went above and beyond helping me to find, negotiate and manage ALL that was necessary to facilitate this Project. Her attention to detail and amazing organization was so impressive . OH.MY.GOODNESS!!! There is nobody like Kelly! My situation was a bit crazy because I was 2 hours away and needed an accessible home during the craziest real estate market of my lifetime! Kelly not only previewed a bazillion homes for me but she was compassionate, funny, diligent about my budget and better still… when I finally was able to secure a home, she helped me offer a reasonable price, did the walk through for me and recommended great contractors for my renovations. It was as if I have known her forever. Call her because she will be on your team from the first moment of contact!

We selected Joe Giuliano as our realtor to sell our home in Penfield, and he exceeded our expectations. He first recommended a landscaper, who did an excellent job of beautifying our front and back yard areas. He also brought in Georgiana Zicari for staging and design. She made the interior layout of our home more appealing to prospective buyers using many of our own furniture pieces and simply moving them to another room. Since this involved the relocation of furniture, we are thankful that Joe and his son came to our home and helped us move the furniture.
