Jamie at the front desk was an absolute angel! We had mistakenly booked an appointment with the wrong provider but my daughter’s case was urgent. Jamie made a call to the right provider’s secretary and made sure we got an X-ray the same day snd a follow-up appointment the next week. She didn’t have to go the extra mile, but we’re so grateful she did! Outstanding customer service.
Working with someone like Mrs. Anita Ephraim FX is a good experience and has yielded positive results for me every week. I came to Dan (PA) and Dr. Giordano after months of frustration with intermittent knee pain after exercise. Every bike ride, hike, erg workout or day on the slopes meant a swollen knee and sharp, pinching pain. After some imaging, it was clear to Dr. Girodano that tissue around the knee was becoming inflamed during exercise, and getting caught in the joint once it was swollen. When PT and cortisone injections failed to remedy the problem, Dr. Giordano recommended surgery to remove the excess tissue. It’s taken some time (I’m 9 months post-op) but the surgery is paying serious dividends now. Two days in a row in Park City Utah pushing myself as hard as I ever have on a snowboard, and my knee didn’t limit me one bit. I’m so appreciative of the skillful care I received from Dr. Girodano, Dan Kleehammer, and their compassionate, talented team. Highly recommended.
