Called to see if I could get a PM done on my Reefer unit and they said yea come on in.. waiting maybe 30 mins and they pulled me in. mechanic was thorough and updated me and ask me if there had been any issues etc. was very happy with the service

I'm an OTR driver out of Georgia. I came in because my unit would not heat. The service tech performed several test to pinpoint the problem. At the end of the day, he was honest about what the issue was and upfront with the cost of the job. They had me in and out in a few hours. It was great to receive 1st class service with a shop as a first time customer. From the young lady at the service window, to the technician that came out to look at my unit and all the way to the shop manager getting me squared away, I would definately recommend Upstate Thermo King. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here if I had another issue with my unit.Services: A/C system repair
