United Carpet, located in the heart of Rochester, NY, offers a wide range of flooring solutions, from carpet and wool rugs to laminate and bamboo. Customers have praised the company's professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent installation work, with a good selection and great staff. Nick Decker is awesome. Excellent work! Customers have had an excellent experience with their LVT and carpeting, with fair price and excellent service. Nick went out of his way to make sure they were satisfied. Staff member Geoff is personable and knowledgeable in offering suggestions to meet needs and style. Christina came to do an estimate and was so nice and knowledgeable. She was very understanding, all in all super sweet.
