Very rude . I called for questions and the second they answered the phone they said hello and not announce their company. I thought I was calling a regular person. Automatically had an attitude when he answered the phone.
They incorrectly towed my car. I called with questions about it they provided very little information and told me they would call back and didn’t. On the second call the owner told me “you’re not getting your car back.” After I was done explaining that my car had a parking permit and they made a mistake they told me I could go to their location and if the vehicle had a permit they would give me my car back. Once I got to the location they refused to let me go to my car without paying. I pay I go to the car show them the sticker and then refund me. 🚨 My friend's car was towed by Towbuster Towing at this parking lot marked with the Premium Parking - P8201 - Alexander East sign in the area. East End Apartments did not have any sign indicating that this lot belonged to the apartment. It appears they have an agreement with the towing company to generate revenue. There are numerous complaints about this situation on Google Maps, Yelp, and even Reddit! This is a classic scam. Don't park in a lot that is partnered with Premium Parking.
