The Total Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning Service Technician, Mike, came to our assistance right away, to replace a broken thermostat-he took the time to explain everything I needed to know to operate it successfully. He was out a few days later, when water was leaking from the furnace due to a plugged condensate line. He came up with a great solution to replace it quickly and inexpensively. We've had the pleasure of having Mike out a few times over the years, and it's always a pleasant experience. He's hard working, and dedicated to his profession. Total Comfort are the people to call! Came out, found our issue and had it resolved in no time! Recommend using them for anything hvac related wether it's commercial or residential! Polite, professional and honest!
