Lion cleaning services responded to my request quickly and they were flexible with scheduling. I've used them twice now and have been very happy with the state of my apartment after their visit. Highly recommended!
BE AWARE!!!! Lion cleaning services sent 2 workers to my 1 bed 1 bath apartment. I specifically mentioned that I want the entire kitchen and bathroom cleaned. I left the apartment with trust that they will do a good job. And they told my partner ( who is hardly interested about cleaning) that everything is cleaned. 1. Kitchen stove needed scrubbing. They confirmed it over phone but NO ACTION in real! The dirt remains as is. 2. They forgot cleaning the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen floor still has dirt. Again confirmed with them for scrubbing the floor. NO AcTIon here as well. 3. The floor edges still was all dusty and this was AFTER CLEANING. 4. Also, this is very small, but it's about ethics. They stole the dish washing liquid, which doesn't make sense to me. 5. They also forgot to do the bathroom cabinets behind the mirror. Which I think anyone wouldn't have noticed so I give them that. And after letting the owner( with whom I had the initial talk) know about my displeasure and sending pictures, he sends back the pictures of what they cleaned. He initially negotiated with me for good reviews, to which I agreed. And I would have pursued him even further for weekly cleaning but this guy named Ali, he is very rude and not at all customer centric. He did not do anything about customer's complaint. Not sure how he runs the business here. Moreover he did not even pick up the call later. P.S: if you pursue Lions Cleaning Services, please keep an eye on the cleaning workers. Also the owner won't entertain later if you go with any complaints.
I used Lion Cleaning earlier today to get my apartment cleaned after a party. This morning, my apartment had the appalling scent and look of a frat house on a Saturday morning. I messaged Lion Cleaning for same-day service, and they were cleaning my apartment within 4 hours. They were thorough with their work and my apartment was pristine in only a few hours. The floors were no longer sticky, the bathroom was like new, and my kitchen and living room were perfect. I'm happy with how quickly Ali and his team were able to respond to my request, how kind they were while cleaning my flat, and I'm delighted with their pricing. I'll be using Lion Cleaning again.
