Such a refreshing breath of fresh air. I won't go into detail, but had a small issue and candidly spoke to Kim, the owner about it. She went above and beyond my expectations to rectify it and make me happy. When I expressed my gratitude, she said, This is my reputation and I'll always do right by my customers. She gained a lifetime customer that day. I also know multiple friends who go here on a regular basis and all of them gave her and her business a seller review. Run, don't walk to this business.
I have been going to Kim for powder brows for about 6 years. I just had my 3rd color boost yesterday. I am very happy with the results! Kim really listens to what you want, and makes sure you are happy with the shape of your brows before she starts working on them. She explains the process before starting, and always checks to make sure you aren't feeling any pain. I highly recommend going to Kim for your brows. You won't be disappointed!
