From the very beginning of the selection process, Chip, Chris and Little Chris were professional,courteous prompt nd responsive to my questions. They went beyond the installation to replace wall plates and sockets neat my cooking appliances.. Chip phoned the next day to inquire about my experience with the unit. Had a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend Taylor. They were able to come out same day. They showed up on time and called ahead to let us know when they were coming. They had the parts on hand to fix our AC and now our house is cold again.
