Jen Marks is an awesome person. I'd give her 5 stars for stellar cutting my hair and making me look awesome. For several cancelations and rescheduling by her, I gotta be honest, overall 4 stars.

I love this place! Really nice salon and lovely people. I got to Liz and she is amazing! I would highly recommend her. Fantastic professional and always guides me throughout my hair decisions :)

Never personally had any hair care here but I know from accompanying my wife that they have some of the best customer service I've ever seen. They gave me a glass of red wine and I sat in their beautiful waiting area and read Rochester centered magazines, regularly being asked if I wanted or needed anything else while my wife's hair was being cut. Fantastic place and people ??
