I know Ron, and so I just texted him about availability (of course we didn't want to wait days, that would have been impossible). Ron said he was in the neighborhood and stopped over in 10 minutes. The lined was repaired, recommendations for next-steps were made and discussed, and much was learned about water lines to refrigerators and water lines in the house.
