Rochester Regional Health

RRH has gone downhill fast since COVID. I'm currently on hold for my child's nurse. I have been on hold for 15 minutes just waiting for someone to answer the phone. I called earlier in the week and was advised the ONE nurse for the CLINIC had the day off. My PCP recently left RRH. Seems like a lot of people are jumping this sinking ship. I have written all this and still on hold. Next call will be to URMC to switch his care. We already switched the rest of the family to URMC physicians. Update: 30 minutes on hold, still no answer. Repeat recordings and music are really annoying.

I love our RRH building in Geneseo, but we are in desperate need of a gastroenterologist at the geneseo location! No GI Doctor in Livingston county! Geneseo building and services are top notch!

100%♿ accessibility.I have several medical offices I attend in this bldg, all of differing specialties.This is not a hospital. 4 Elevators greet you just inside the main entrance doors, with bathrooms next to them on each floor. Nice bldg, spacious with large parking lots surrounding. Getting ♿ parking closest to the covered, circular drive-thru main entrance, can be difficult at times.This medical bldg has just about every field of medicine inside. Enjoy coming to this location.
