I found out the hard way today that I am highly allergic to certain spider venom. One call to Rochester Pest Pro and they were at my house today to make sure I stay safe in my home. The owner Jason was super kind as was the office staff. I believe her name was Tracey. The Tech Roger let us know he had everything under control. The sales team Scott and Dan were amazing. I was still at the hospital and they made my house safe for me to come home to! I can’t thank them enough for making sure I stay safe in my own home! I Highly recommend them. Every person was so kind and professional. Thank you!!!!! ❤ Forever a client!
If you ever have a "wild" critter in your house, you won't regret calling Rochester Pest Pro. My problem was a squirrel (a flying one, no less) in my gas fireplace. RPP responded very quickly to my call and went the extra mile to have someone here in couple hours. Brandon was very nice and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and the possible issues that might come up while trying to remove the squirrel (and they did). The fiesty squirrel is back in the wild and I can breath a sigh of relief. Thank You Brandon. And YES, I highly recommend Rochester Pest Pro for ANY pest control issues you might have. 5+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
RPP does our pest control and they’re great! The sales manager Dan comes out every month or so to check on us and see how things are going! Any time we’ve been in a pinch, Dan or Jason (the owner) has come to our rescue. The pricing is comparable to other local companies. They use higher quality products compared to others, and actually pay attention to detail, so the slight price difference is worth every penny! If you’re looking for local pest control for your home or business… look no further!
