I found out the hard way today that I am highly allergic to certain spider venom. One call to Rochester Pest Pro and they were at my house today to make sure I stay safe in my home. The owner Jason was super kind as was the office staff. I believe her name was Tracey. The Tech Roger let us know he had everything under control. The sales team Scott and Dan were amazing. If you ever have a "wild" critter in your house, you won't regret calling Rochester Pest Pro. My problem was a squirrel (a flying one, no less) in my gas fireplace. RPP responded very quickly to my call and went the extra mile to have someone here in couple hours. Brandon was very nice and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and the possible issues that might come up while trying to remove the squirrel (and they did).
