Where to start ...When I called RHP I was so distraught, as one is while water is pouring from a ceiling. The service rep. was so polite and professional but also caring and genuine concerned for me and my emergency. A plumber was almost immediately dispatched and at my home in less than an hour.Ron and his partner quickly set to work find the issue. (Which required a tremendous amount of work...cutting through walls and ceilings...)I had a pretty big disaster on my hands with a cracked sewer stack!
