Where to start ...When I called RHP I was so distraught, as one is while water is pouring from a ceiling. The service rep. was so polite and professional but also caring and genuine concerned for me and my emergency. A plumber was almost immediately dispatched and at my home in less than an hour.Ron and his partner quickly set to work find the issue. (Which required a tremendous amount of work...cutting through walls and ceilings...)I had a pretty big disaster on my hands with a cracked sewer stack! Always try to support local businesses when applicable so tried Empire Heating and Air Conditioning......IMHO best HVAC company in ROC... Spotted multiple carbon monoxide leaks in furnace during routine contract inspection BY USING A SNAKE CAMERA! Don't know if this is now common but I was impressed..... ponied up for a new unit....they educated me as to the technology, provided necessary paperwork to take advantage of a RGE $350 rebate program. Offered numerous payment options. Overall superior product, technicians and communication. One "small" family-owned local company I would not hesitate to recommend.
