Very rude, called that I had a piece of metal in my eye, told me I need to get records from Vision Works before they would see me. Vison Works had nothing to do with my situation, it was for prescription contacts. Would not schedule an appointment for me. Don't waste your time.

I have just switched to this place after my insurance stopped covering my previous eye doctor. I have only visited the glasses department, but Allen was truly incredible. He was able to answer ANY question I had. He took the time to thoroughly explain concepts that were unfamiliar to me and explained every step along the way AND why, which speaks to his strengths as a high quality provider. Allen displayed exemplary customer service and was an absolute joy to work with. I cannot recommend him and this place enough!!!!!

This was my first time here, as other places stopped taking my insurance. I thought everyone was wonderful. From check-in, techs and the doctor. All friendly, greeted with a smile and thoroughly explained everything they were doing and checking for. Definitely a step up from other places I went to in the past. Look forward to my next visit! ?
