It started with a consultation and discussion of possibilities and measurements. Three days later, a blue print and a contract detailing the work to be performed, materials to be included, a price and an attainable completion date. Followed by two weeks of beautiful, quality workmanship. Project completed on time and cleanup was meticulous. Followed by very happy customers. This is how all remodeling projects should go. Richard & Sons is a Rochester based Family owned General Contractor (with a genuine respect for the trade) in operation since the 1970's. We don't take credit cards, and we never cold call. We have all required licenses and insurances and always work using required permits and to building codes. We undertake most projects relating to a house or building, and commercial work. We also work with Asset Management Companies. We offer free estimates (though a particular project may incur a fee). We never provide an estimate for projects site unseen. After a successful bid, both parties sign a mutually agreed upon contract. We never ask for full payment upfront.
