Relaxation & Health Spa

Update: 2024: Co-owners Ali & Cindy continue to do a wonderful job. I highly recommend their Spa. Their new massage therapist, Tina is extremely good. My Earlier Review: Co-owners, Ali & Cindy opened up this location shortly after the pandemic. The rooms are spacious and always have soothing music in the background to help calm your spirit. I find the staff to be very professional and client oriented. Cindy and Ali are great massage therapists. If I walk in tired and stressed, I always walk out feeling relaxed and refreshed. I try a different masseuse each time to get exposed to a diversity of massage techniques. I highly recommend Relaxation & Health Spa.

Got a great massage here! Cindy asked me at the beginning where I was experiencing problems and worked from there - she helped work out several knots in my neck and shoulders and kept on asking how it felt and if she should go any harder. Additionally, parking was super convenient and the place was kept super clean. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing massage!

Perhaps the most incredible massage I've ever experienced! It not only felt amazing, but my therapist also skillfully addressed a long-standing injury and accurately identified the root cause of the pain.??
