After over two months and several ignored emails, seeking advice from Michael, who I was referred to at this firm, I have no choice but to cut my losses and go elsewhere for tax preparation advice as an individual. I'm unclear about what in my specific case made me such a low priority, but even trying to engage in a discussion around expected timelines for when he would have time to give me an estimate on my liability was a wasted effort on my part.
