The office staff are very accommodating and attentive, Dr Raetz is the best when dealing with older folk that had bad experiences at the dentist in the past; I am a high anxiety patient, and he always explains what he is doing. He really tries to put me at ease when working with me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.
I have been going here for a while now. The staff are all friendly and easy to work with. They did all the billing correctly and took insurance. The service is professional. The room seemed spotlessly clean and orderly. Overall, a good experience.
They got me in quickly when I broke my tooth. Dentist Randy had me all fixed up painlessly in about 15 minutes. A very clean office, and great care!!! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to smile.
