I have worked for Radec for over 10 years, I have also worked for other large scale electrical contractors and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Working for Radec electric is one of the highlights of my life, the way employees are treated on a professional level and personal level is unmatched. It's great to work for a company with so many employees that are all satisfied with their jobs. If you're currently working for an electrical contractor or the thought has crossed your mind to get into the industry I would urge anyone to reach out to Radec its really a life changer working for a company that is so invested in their employees.

I have worked for Radec for the past 17 years and have enjoyed each one of them. The people here treat you with respect and they really do care, it's not lip service. All you need to do to see that this is a very good company to work for is to see how many people employed by Radec have been here for 10 years or more. Enough said.
